Overcharging

Post by doddz »

Hi all,

I'm going to be developing on my crazyflie probably for long periods at a time so I guess I'll be working away with it just plugged in most the time.

Is it safe to have the Crazyflie plugged in USB for long periods? I believe there is a something built in to prevent the battery becoming damaged from overcharging but I wanted to check with the community first because I'm not 100%sure.

Cheers
Liam

Yeah, it's safe, since there is an IC that manages the power and charges the battery.
