Hello all,

I am using a Crazyflie 2.0 and a Crazyradio PA with the Bitcraze VM. I have updated both the firmware of the Crazyflie (2021.06 CF2) and the Crazyradio (0.53). When I use the client to connect to the Crazyflie, telemetry is up for 2-3 seconds and then it freezes; however, the connection says is still up. The drone passes the self test and is fully flyable using the IOS app. I looked up similar issues on the forum and I ended up changing the Data Rate to 2MBps on both the dongle by modifying the crazyradio.py file and on the drone by using the client "Configure 2.X" window; no success however.

Some quick questions!

1. Are you using a MAC or a PC?
2. Are you using USB3.0? This has been known to interfere with Crazyradio PA

Hi radutolontan!

We have known issues with USB 3.0, the frequencies does not play nice with our CrazyRadio PA. We are starting wok on a CrazyRadio 2 prototype to resolve this issue among others.

As a workaround maybe you could try an USB 2.0 Hub of some sorts?
