How to adjust the channel and datarate

My MAV has a less communication range. I tried three groups (100/2M, 0/256K, 80/1M). What is your options?

What range are you observing?

2M is good for indoor as it will reduce collision with other 2.4GHz radio.

250K should yield much more range, but will have more problem cooping with a lot of other 2.4GHz radios (like wifi/bluetooth).

Are you testing with direct line of sight or with obstacle? What radio parameter (channel and datarate) are you testing with?

Can you try a lower channel, like 40? How about your test, are you in direct line of sight or are there any obstacles?
