Motors arent working

Motors arent working
I just set up my crazyflie today, after sordering everthing, I put the battery in and only motor 2 spins on start up. The rest dont, Ive checked the connections and they seem good. Can anyone help??

Did you charge the battery ...
I had th same "problem" because I started "out of the box", I mounted everything, connected the battery and then I powered on the CrazyFly... but at boot, when test motor, only 2 motors running...
second time, only one, after that, each time I try to start, a different motor (random) starts but other not.
I Plugged my usb charger to the CF, powered it OFF and ON again, then now, the 4 motors are running at test .
Hope it's the same mistake !
