Re: Crazy Radio PA's Telec Certification in Japan.

Hi Kyoya, There has been partial certification (like project based) of the Crazyradio PA in Japan. We had to lower the output power though since there is no channel hopping now and had to do some small changes to share the address etc but we made it pass. Historically we have not done it since it is...

Re: Adoption of the DWM3000 module.

We don't have that many DWM3000 modules but somehow we should be able to test them with skybrush. Either we send a system to them or we test it in our lab.

For more business related discussions I think it is better over email.

Re: Adoption of the DWM3000 module.

Hi!

We received the DWM3000 modules before X-mas but we have not had time to test anything yet. We will do some planning next week and hopefully have a better schedule after that.

Re: Is one battery enough for BigQuad?

Betaflight runs on Crazyflie 2.0 but the Crazyflie 2.1 has a BMI088 IMU which is not supported by betaflight yet. It might be possible to get it to run though, to use ESC pass though but probably requires changing the config so betaflight boots. This blog post might be to some help even though it is...

Re: Is one battery enough for BigQuad?

The default is that the BigQuad deck will output 400Hz PWM which should work with most ESC. How did you end up powering the BigQuad deck?

Re: 6+ Propellers/fans - Low-level control

Hi, A bolt-blimp sounds interesting! If you are only after a output signal you should be able to have more then 4 but the driver is currently not designed for it. It would have to be expanded to output 6 signals which requires adding/changing some code in motors.c. You would also have to add a new p...

Re: Start-up Sound on the Bolt

The reason is that you are probably are using external brushless ESC? These are the ones that are playing the startup sound in that case. I'm not sure if it is possible to change this for the ESC in a simple way.

Re: To.tobias : Question about "Measuring propeller RPM: Part 1”

Hi!

I will try to remember :-)

1. Yes you can use Carbon Film resistor instead

2. Yes

3. To verify the output from the sensor. That it detects the spinning propeller and that the signal looks good.

Re: Adoption of the DWM3000 module.

We also just got a notice that Mouser shipped us DWM3000 modules so no need to ship us any but many thanks for the offer to do so.

I don't think we will have time to work on it before X-mas but we will try to have a look at it beginning of next year. Hopefully it is not to much work!
