If I try to call cflib.crtp.scan_interfaces() outside the docker it works fine, but inside the docker it raises the following problem 'The device has no langid'. I start the docker with the permission to read the Usb. Do you have any idea where is the problems?

It is a bit unclear what you are trying to do. Which docker image are you using and which command did you use to read the roadrunner? And why do you want to use Docker?
