Hi all,
I plug the crazyradio into my usb port and the picture shows what is shown in the device manager. However, The windows crazyflie pc client says it is not connected and the led lights on the crazyradio is off. Does anyone know how to fix this please? I set this up earlier this year for a project but due to pandermic, the project was on hold till now and the crazyradio is not functioning.

Have you followed the instructions for installation on windows on the getting started guide here? There it says you will need to install the usb driver for windows.
