To answer your original question:
You can integrate the acceleration to get speed but by integrating you are also adding up the bias so your measurement will get wrong pretty quickly (drift). Add to that vibrations caused bu the rotors and it is almost impossible to use that information over a longer time. The
altitude hold algorithm uses the speed but relies on the barometer to correct the drift over time.
And I suggest you learn how to behave nicely in a community. That way people will be more willing to help you.
