Hi everybody!
I am a university student (Budapest University of Technology, Hungary) and I am writing my thesis in the field of quadrocopters. I am doing a simulation for designing waypoint navigation for quadrocopter.
As my departement has Crazyflie Nano Quadcopter I would like to use the physical constants of this quadrocopter in the simulation so if the control algorithm is done in simulation environment I will be able to try it in the real hardware.
Therefore I need the specification of the motor (more detailful which is available in amazon.com) and it would be helpful if I somehow can count the moment of inertia matrix. For this a CAD model would be enough as the CAD program can count this matrix.
If somebody has one of these things (motor specification, moment of inertia matrix, CAD model) would he/she be so kind to share with me?
motor specification
Re: motor specification
MIT recently published a MS thesis containing some experimental values for the Crazyflie 2.0, including the moment of inertia matrix. They did use a CAD-Model for that as initial guess, which is available on github.
