I don't have a PS3 controller yet so I haven't been able to test-fly it; I was hoping I could test fire the motors from the PC software

When I switch it on, M1 and M4 spin. I am assuming that all four rotors should spin. Is this correct?
The drain pin on the PMV31XN FET is pin 3 which is the pin on the side all by its self.rincewind23 wrote:Since I messed up the contacts for the motor, I'm going to try and work around them. Looking at the schematics, pin 1 from M2 goes to D2 so I've soldered the wire directly there. Now, pin 2 goes to the "D" of Q2, but I just wondered if someone can tell me which pin is "D"? looking at the schematics and the layout I would assume that it is the "top right" pin, can anyone confirm?
My flie is going to look a mess, but I would like to get all four motors running
You either have a short or the motor is fried.rincewind23 wrote:Thanks for that, atomicdog. I have attempted to re-wire accordingly. It still doesn't power M2 on startup, though..
Doing some checks with the multimeter, I noticed that across D1, D3 and D4 I get 2.5 ohms resistance, but across D2 I get about 0.1-0.2. Even to my untrained mind, this must be a problem?
