When I open the crazyflie client by pycharm, the Target ASL in Flight Control Tab is always gray,It couldn't be select or set...
On the other hand ,the Actural ASL could be select and is changed by Crazyflie state.
I want to set the target ASL for some testing and is there any suggestion to solve this problem?
How to SET the Target ASL?
Re: How to SET the Target ASL?
I believe this is by design. If you enable altitude hold mode, you can change the Target ASL by using the thrust-axis on your controller.

Altitude hold mode?Where is it? I look up the client and can't fint the altitude hold mode...whoenig wrote:I believe this is by design. If you enable altitude hold mode, you can change the Target ASL by using the thrust-axis on your controller.
Could you tell me the exact location in the client?
Re: How to SET the Target ASL?
There is a button for that. If you go to menu "Input Device"/"Configure Device Mapping" you can change the button. While the button is pressed, you are in altitude hold mode and can change the height using the thrust-axis. You can find a few more details here: http://wiki.bitcraze.se/projects:crazyf ... itude_hold.
Re: How to SET the Target ASL?
Keep in mind if you have the 6-DOF model you won't have altitude hold because the Crazyflie isn't equipped with the altimeter... Only the 10-DOF has the compass and altimeter. So availability of altitude hold is based on availability of sensors on your CF model.luckpolar wrote:Altitude hold mode?Where is it?
