Brand new Crazyflie defective?

Post by farinasa »

I plugged in the battery, no start. I plug the unit into usb, it starts. Battery reads randomly, but I think it might be reading the voltage coming from usb. It doesn't change when no battery. I give it some controls, meters are showing power to motors, but nothing. The blades will spin sometimes, but no more than a few rotations. It won't fly at all. I don't immediately see any bridged solder joints. Any ideas?

It sounds as the battery is unconnected or not working in some way. Do you have a multimeter so you can measure the voltage at the Crazyflie connector?
