Wii motion plus would be mapped

I want to fly the crazyflie with my wii motion plus + nunchuc.
I got it mapped in windows (5 axis) but when I try to map it in the PC software for the crazyflie it doesn't save it (don't get a error code)
And it just don't respond to my actions
I use glovePie to confert it to PPJoy (windows can detect ppJoy as a game controller) and then to the crazy flie software

I tried this in ubuntu a while ago and there it was relatively easy to get the wii controller working there. I'll try to test it in windows as soon as I have some time.

What exactly do you mean by not being able to save it? You press the save button but the configuration does not stay?

Is it because the save button is "grayed out"? Or are you able to map all the analog axis and also able to press the save button but after that your configuration is not selectable in "Input device->mappings"?
