Crazyflie 2.0 Fails Self Test New out of Box

I received my drone and immediately after removing it from the box the self test is failing. I followed the getting started with crazyflie exaclty.

If the self-test fails, then the M1 LED blinks 5 times fast RED, then pauses and does it again. Go to our support forum to get help.


I updated the firmware to the latest version and still have the same issue. I've tried multiple times and every time it is exactly the same issue.
