[RESOLVED] DSHOT For BigQuad Deck

Are there any current/future plans for the BigQuad deck to support the DSHOT protocol for ESCs?

It is not in out plans yet and I don't know if it is doable at all. One problem I see is that it needs a DMA resource and I think there is a probability of a recourse conflict here, but that is just a guess. I suggest you add an
issue (enhancement) to start with.

Not to revive an old thread. But the BQ deck and Bolt have by now received support for Oneshot125 and Oneshot42.
Does this mean that they could also receive support for Multishot? I don't believe that it requires DMA, and the timings should be well within the processor capability. It would also probably result in a marked increase in performance.

Yes, multishot should also be possible. The timer setup might have to be adapted to support a 5-25us pulse though.
