Antenna Circuit on PCB

I'm trying to build my own quadrocopter starting from the crazyflie. I chose the Crazyflie because it is small and it can be directly connected to my computer.
I found all the components and now comes the tricky part with layouting the PCB. I found that the Antenna requires a 50Ohm matching circuit. So my question is how sensitive is the placement and routing to make the antenna work properly? I plan to use the exact same components as you have.
