Hi,

Crazyflie and Phenox are similar in size (92mm vs 120mm motor to motor) but they belong to different leagues regarding hardware, software and price.
The Phenox uses a much faster CPU (dual-core) and an onboard FPGA, more RAM, bigger brushless motors, two cameras, etc.
It also runs Ubuntu as OS.
For the details you can just compare the specs.

AFAIK the original Phenox is sold out and will not be produced again. Instead the successor (Phenox2) will be sold in limited quantities for a premium price later this year.

Regards,

Fred

$1,250USD for a “Phenox2 full model”. (not including shipping fee)

Ouch! That's a hurtful price tag... Not that I would leave Crazyflie but at half the price I wouldn't get the Phenix!

(oh, I moved this to "General" -> "Quadcopters" as well because it seems a better fit for the topic)
