Hi,

I am not sure what these bootloaders do. What is the difference?

Hi,

The former is the bootloader firmware running in Crazyflie 1. The later is the bootloader client implementation running in the PC. Both talk to each-other using the radio. Crazyflie 2 has two other bootloader firmware.
