this my be a very noob question but any fixes to this error.
I've updated my crazyflie and the crazyradio with the latest firmware and i'm running this in the VM, any help will be much appreciated.

You can try to change the channel and to change datarate to 2M. Lots of packet loss can be caused by interference with other radio like wifi and changing the channel to be far from the local access point and increasing datarate helps.
