crazyradio dongle not seen

I am attempting to update my crazyradio firmware but am having problems.
1. started crazyflie client
2. per instructions,
crazyflie -> bootloader
3. initiate bootloader cold boot, then startup crazyflie
but it says "Cannot find a Crazyradio Dongle".
I did install a driver for the crazyradio (I did not write down which one so not positive on that; I assume it defaulted and I took that one. Also in "Device Manager", I don't see the Crazyradio dongle). I'm on a Win7 64bit system. As far as drivers the zadig s/w indicates choices among:
(a) Win USB (libusb)
(b) libusb-Win32
(c) Win USB (Microsoft)
(d) libusbK (v3.0.6.0)
I assume libusb-Win32 isn't one I should try since I'm on a 64-bit system or am I wrong in that thinking?
If that driver is not the right one, which driver do you recommend?
