Windows 8 Dongle Install

When attempting to install the dongle drivers on my Windows 8 machine. I go into the Device Manager and follow the same instructions as the Windows 7 installation and everything is dandy until I get to the following screen:
Anyone have an idea on how to force it? I don't get any option to allow unsigned INF's. Forgive my ignorance, I am fairly new to this OS.
