Hello,
I am not able to connect to my crazyflie. When I click 'connect', the window 'connect crazyflie' shows up, but theres nothing scanned.
And when I try to use the bootloader, it says 'cannot find a crazyradio dongle.

Hi,

It sounds like there's an issue with the drivers for the Crazyradio. What OS are you running? When you scan for a Crazyflie you should see the LEDs blinking on the Crazyradio dongle.
