Rotors not in sync

I've been using the crazyflie for a few weeks now and have gotten it relatively stable by adjusting the pitch and roll trim. Lately, I've powered it up and it just spins to the side regardless of the trim. I notice that on low thrust, two of the rotors will sometimes spin and the other two won't (the pairs opposite each other). When the rotors go off, the one set of rotors stop spinning faster the other pair. What could be the issue of this? It hasn't sustained any recent damage, however I have began using it on Windows 8 as opposed to Windows 7, so I will double-check all my configurations.
Thanks in advance

First thing, check that the propellers are not pushing down on the motors and can spin freely. Hair and stuff can also get stuck causing this behavior so check that as well.

Thanks, Tobias. The propellers all seem to be the same height above the motors. I've had issues with hair getting stuck and locking up or slowing down one of the rotors, but I did not notice any this time. Also, the two opposite rotors are still in sync, yet slower than the other set.

It could also be a depressed bearing which most often can be fixed.
This video might help.
