Crazy Radio will not connect with CFClient anymore

To start off I would like to say that I have gotten the crazyflie built, connected, and flying. It has been working for a couple of weeks. I am running the CFClient on PC with Windows 7.
Currently I have an issue with the Crazy radio. It is not connecting to the Client after i did some Windows 7 updates and a computer restart. I was also trying to install sip module for Python 2.7 before this problem occurred.
I have plugged in the radio and the red and green led light up immediately when it gets plugged in but then shuts off. The radio does not show up in the connection window of the CFClient. I have also uninstalled (checking the delete driver box) the radio driver and reinstalled it twice. Currently it shows up fine in the devices window but it is not working with the client.
If some one has an idea on this I would appreciate the help. Thanks
James
"UPDATE"
I have been successful at getting the radio to connect with the client and the CF using the Bitcraze VM. Good news not broken. Bad news still doesn't work in Win7.
