Hi,

i have a jtag debugger for AVR and have worked with it for some time. I was wondering what debugger is used for the crazyflie STM chip. I have found posts about the dangerous prototype bus blaster. Is this the one i should buy or are there alternatives which have been used in combination with the crazyflie?

I've seen other people mention the Bus Blaster, and that's what the Virtualbox toolchain is configured for. So, proceeding on the assumption that that was among the best to use, I recently ordered one for myself.

Any JTAG which is compatible with OpenOCD "should" work. We have been using JTAGKey and BusBlaster. It might be a good idea to get one which support SWD as well since newer MCU tend to have this only. The newer versions of the BusBlaster should be able to do this but nothing we have tested. The ST-Link v2 is a good alternative that we know works.

i will try to find out if my debugger (avrone) is compatible with the open source jtag.
