[SOLVED]Cannot Find a Crazyradio Dongle

Hi there,
I'm currently having an issue connecting the Crazyradio to my laptop. I performed all prior steps for installation, and everything works fine on another laptop (Windows 7, 64 bit). However, on my main computer, a Windows 7, 64 bit system, the cfclient seems unable to locate the Crazyradio dongle. Pressing "Connect" lists only the debug option, and no LEDs on the radio flash at any time. When I try the bootloader, as soon as I click "Initiate bootloader cold boot," it immediately says "Cannot find a Crazyradio Dongle." When I insert the radio into a USB port, the red and yellow LEDs light up for a brief moment, then remain off. The radio is also listed under Device Manager, and is "Working properly." I've looked all across the forums and web, but there seems to be a lack of solutions to this exact problem.
I have installed and reinstalled the cfclient several times, and have removed, redownloaded, and reloaded the Windows driver several times as well, without the slightest effect. I know definitively that the radio works, and performs normally on my other laptop (and it even runs just fine on a Raspberry Pi headless), but simply refuses to do anything on my personal unit. The only thing I can think of is the fact that the laptop only has USB 3.0 ports, but I have also tried using a 2.0 hub to no avail.
I'm about at my wits end trying to make this run on my own system, so any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
