works crazyflie whith Joystick Logitech X3D Pro , Pitch,Roll ... works, but no motor is running

Have you connected to the Crazyflie? Read this guide and see if it helps. Also check that the trust is responding in the UI. If not the controller is probably not mapped correctly.
