Everything broken?

I ran into further issues with my crazyflie. Maybe the issues are connected, maybe not.
Battery or charging circuit broken? The crazyflie worked for maybe 10 minutes, then it suddenly lost radio connection and the leds went off. I assumed that the battery was low, so I connected the USB connecter. The client showed no battery voltage at that point so I let it charge for a while. After 1-2h the voltage was at 3.7V but did not increase further. The crazyflie worked again for maybe 3 m of flight time, then it went completely dead with a dead voltage indicator again. I connected a spare battery and it worked again for a couple of minutes until i ran into motor issues (see below). Is any further diagnostic possible?
Trimming After lift-off, my Crazyflie drifts significantly. I had to use -6 and 6 for trimming, which helped to get it somewhat steady. This seems a lot of trimming to me, more than is suggested in the wiki. Could this indicate that something is wrong?
Dead motor One of the motors stopped working. It seems to be mechanically broken as there is a notable resistance when trying to move the propeller. Thus occured after a crash. Is this a commen failure mode? Any further ideas?
I am a bit frustrated at this point. I never got as far as even getting it to hoover successfully, apart from all the other issues.
