Lighhouse FPGA not booted

Post by Breunna »

I am trying to connect to the lighthouse, I have followed all the directions however when i turn the crazyflie on the receiving lights to the base station remain red so I cannot set the geometry. In the console tab everything seems to be running okay except the LH FPGA is not booted. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

The lighthouse bin is flashed to deck using the python client. It is a bit tricky to flash only the lighthouse deck and the easiest solution is to

1. Install the deck on your Crazyflie
2. Start the python client, connect to the Crazyflie
3. Open the bootloader dialog from the "Connect" menu
4. Pick the latest release (for the correct platform) and click the "Program" button

The client will first flash the NRF and STM firmware, reboot and then flash the lighthouse deck.

If you are using your own custom firmware, you will have to re-flash this after this process.
