Is there a searchable version of the schematic?
I know it's only 3 pages, but there's still a lot of pins!

This seems to be a KiCad 5.x issue. Apparently with KiCad 6 the PDF generated will be searchable. We plan to convert all our projects to KiCad 6 once it is released, we will then be able to generate searchable schematic.
In the mean-time, I generated one for the Crazyflie 2.1 using the nightly version of KiCad. This was converted automatically by KiCad and not double checked so if anything looks different than the schematic on our website, trust the website. It does look quite good though. I attach the schematic to this post.
