I give my CF burn BOOTLOADER firmware (CF's board red led have every 1 second flashing), but I can't pass the CLIENT " initate bootloader cold boot " to connect to the CF to upgrade the application. .........Client display :" status : connection timeout "

Did you follow the instructions on the wiki and press Initiate bootloader before you power on the Crazyflie?

YES........i follow the instructions .

To update the firmware in the Crazyflie do the following:

Make sure that the Crazyflie is disconnected from the client and powered off
Go to the menu Crazyflie→Bootloader
Click “Initiate bootloader cold boot”
Power on the Crazyflie within 5 seconds using the battery (not USB), the booloader should now connect
Press “Browse” and select the binary you want to download (e.g. cflie.bin)
Press “Program” and wait
Press “Restart in firmware mode

Are you able to connect to the Crazyflie the normal way?

Hi guys. I don't know that your means, what's "normal way " ? For example ：USB ? Wireless?

I mean if you connect using the connect button in the cfclient as described in the wiki. Is the Crazyflie found that way?

no , no .... I just use the CF BOOTLOAD firmware(cflie_bootlaoder.bin), this not to be found in CFClient interface ........ I'm not burning APP firmware(cflie.bin).

What operating system are you running? If you open the cfclient and open the about box from the menu and go into the debug tab while the Crazyradio is connected what does it output for the radio driver?

Did you have any problem installing the Crazyradio driver? Can you try to reinstall it?
