Hello all,

I am having trouble finding any documentation on the bitcraze website explaining why cross (X) configuration was chosen for the Crazyflie 2.x motors over plus configuration. I have found research online explaining the benefits of cross configuration over plus, but i was wondering if bitcraze had mentioned the reason for their selection.

One major thing is the practicality when adding other sensors. In the plus configuration the motors are most often in the way.
