Just seeding the developers with more ideas.

some of my Quadcopters have the ability to Decode the signal from a Spektrum SAT rX. this is a very clean setup when using Spektrum based transmitters such as the DX6, DX8 etc.

does the Crazyflie hardware have the ability to be configured to do this ?

Would have been very neat but from my understanding this is not possible with the nRF24L01+ chip we use. I think Spektrum use DSS modulation and the nRF GFSK. What could be done is to make the Crazyradio work as a transmitter module that you could attach to you transmitter.

Ahh I see, what you suggested would be perfect for me. Glad that is an option. Thank you for reading and responding

We have some experimental code that can make the Crazyradio work as a transmmitter module but it needs more work. Also attching it to the transmitter would be a bit hackish. Hopefully someone could design a case that could be 3D printed to make it look neat.

I am a Mechanical designer, when my kit arrives I can model a case for 3D print for the Crazyradio I just need to see the interface. I probably can design it to clip onto the bent metal tube on the top of the dx8.
