I am planning to use the BigQuad Expansion Deck so that i would be able to lift higher payloads. My question is that will the program that I use for the nano crazyflie still work after attaching the BigQuad Expansion Deck? Will the performance in terms of dynamics of the quad be similar of that the nano and after attaching the expansion deck?

The flight dynamics change quite a bit with a bigger quad due to physics (compare e.g. a fly to a bird). You will loose agility but gain payload capability.
