Crazyflie blue light not turning on

Hey! I am setting up my crazyflie 1.0 and the blue light does not come on when I press the power button. All four propellers spin, and the green and red light turn on and stay solid. Again, blue light is not coming on. When I try to pair it to the cfclient, i get too many packets lost... If anyone knows whats going on please help. THanks!!!

Sunds like there might be a problem with the LED itself or with the voltages. Please check the voltages if you are able to. They can be measured on the
expansion header, VCC, VCCA and VCOM. Use DGND as ground.

So my Crazyflie stopped turning on, then I noticed it was because the battery is not charging, I put a battery with charge and it turned on. Could this be related to the blue light not turning on issue?

The blue LED requires more voltage to light up than the other LED, so an almost empty battery might not be able to light it up. Is it working with a full battery?
