Self-test failed out of box

I see others have asked this question but there are no answers, so I'll ask again.
Just got one for my birthday, opened it up, plugged it in, red LED blinks 5 times. After a couple hours of struggling, I finally got a console to connect to it. The log (couldn't copy/paste, so forgive any typos):
SYS: Crazyflie is up and running!
SYS: Build 164:0dbbb77772a9 (production1.1) CLEAN
SYS: Ia m 0x37333632313347032A0024 and I have 1024KB of flash!
I2CDEV: Error callback nr: 1024
IMU: MPU9250 I2C connection [FAIL].
I2CDEV: Error callback nr: 1024
[repeated 9 more times]
IMU: AK8963 I2C connection [FAIL].
EXPBRD: Found 0 memories.
EEPROM: I2C connection [OK].
OW: Found 0.

What do I do next? Who should I contact for an exchange?
