MPU_FSYNC, MPU_INT uses

Hi all,
I've found in schematics MPU_FSYNC and MPU_INT pins, they are actually used in FW and with which purposes?
I've also a question about PWM, what change if I drive motors at 328kHz or very low like 2kHz? At 168kHz is affected Voltage regulator on board, but at lower frequencies like 2kHz I think it will affect less components, there is something related to motor efficency?
