Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
I think it is some problem with a corrupt firmware. Try flashing it again.
Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
How can I do this - I have not radio contact?
Is it over USB possible?
Thanks

Hi,
If you follow the instructions here you can flash new firmware. Just remember that after you click Initiate cold boot you should power on the Crazyflie within 5s.

Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
Hi marcus,
I click "Initiate cold boot" and after this I press quickly the Heli powerbutton on - nothing, connection timeout...
I try this several times
Only the blue led lights permanently...
What remains to be done?
Thanks Tim

Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
Hi Tim,
If I understand correctly you have been able to run the previous firmware and also update it using the bootloader (which is causing this problem)?
When you power on the Crazyflie the red/green leds blink quickly right? That is the bootloader that is checking for a connection. If you have clicked Initiate cold boot then you should see the red LED on the Crazyradio light up. If you power on the Crazyflie too early (before the red LED is lit on the Crazyradio) or to late (after you get connection failed), then the bootloader will not be able to connect.
Could you try a couple of more times and see if you have any luck? Don't use the USB cable, just power on normally using only the battery.

Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
I try update from the last one to the newest (https://bitbucket.org/bitcraze/crazyflie-firmware) - it was the first time and the upload end with 100%...marcus wrote:Hi Tim,

After this i fly 2 or 3times and switch off the CF. After this I have problems...

Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
Is anything getting hot? Do you have access to a multimeter? If so measure the VCC voltage. You can do this from the bottom side at the through hole pads located just above the logo. When you have it powered from battery do you get ~2.8V.
Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
thanks a lot... CF is alive, I don't know why. I charge the battery again, 2.7V on the bottom and suddenly all 3 led are blinking
I flash the last firmware again and now no problems!
Thanks!

Re: Power button on/off only blue ?
OK, great and strange. If it behaves strangely again it might be some HW problem and you should contact Seeedstudio cutomer support.
Marking as solved.
