Hi I proceed according to "Getting started with the Crazyflie 2.0" and have some issue on the step:
configure USB on the virtual machine

I receive the following error msg: Kindly ask for support

Hi Seb!

I'm guessing from some of your previous posts that you're running the VM on Windows..? If so, could it simply be a matter that Windows has taken over the Crazyradio and did not release it to the VM? I'm not entirely sure how this works on Windows (I'm a Mac user) but I know on Mac it can cause a problem with VMs getting access to devices.

I also found this thread (a little old though) on the VirtualBox forum. It has some suggestions - you might have already seen it.

Hi thanks it may be I will check it out and try to find out the solution. For sure it worked for me when I have used client installed in the Win7. I dont know maybe the cause is Win10 I have now.

It seems it works now in the best way and I didn't have to do anything, like VM automaticaly found drivers and installed them. Crazyradio was just switched on when first I started VM and then unplugged and plugged again Crazyradio.

I'm having this same problem. My VM cannot find my USB devices even though I have the Xbox Controller and CrazyRadio PA attached. My VM reports "No USB Devices Attached" and when I try to attach them I get the same "busy" error.

Is there anything I can do?

What version of windows and Virtualbox are you using?
