how is a crazyflie fly by itself with codes?

Please do not double-post! It will not help to get attention, it just annoys people. 
To answer your question: there is no out-of-the-box solution to make your Crazyflie autonomous,
but there are several approaches for semi-autonomous flying involving a feedback loop (motion capture system, Kinect, webcam, etc.)
that you can find easily on the forum, wiki, Bitcraze website (blog posts) or on YouTube.
