M1 and M3 motors are not working on launching

I assembled the quadcopter following the instructions and now I tried to turn it on see if it's working. I can see that 2 blue lights are on, the green light blinked 5 times and red light blinks 2hz. According to instructions, it means the quancopter passed the test and is ready to fly. However, I've noticed only 2 out of 4 motors spin on launch and I am not sure why other 2 are not working. Can it be the problem with soldering?

HI,

Could you please check so you haven't attached the propellers too tightly onto the motors?

Could you please try the following?
  • Fully charge the Crazyflie 2.0 using USB
  • Unplug the Crazyflie 2.0 and turn it off
  • Place the Crazyflie 2.0 on a stable surface that is level and power it on
  • All four motors should now spin, one after the other one (like this
)
