What's the legality of modifying the hardware of the Crazyflie (e.g. adding a frame and blade guards, adding a camera etc.) and then re-selling it with a mark-up? I know for example that the Crazyflie's hardware spec files are non-commercial only, but what about the actual CrazyFlie itself?

I'm talking about the US.

Hi,

I do not see any problem in buying Crazyflie, modifying them and selling them. That is basically what retailers are doing (minus modification ...).
