A/D Video Conversion for Real-Time Image Processing

Hi all.
I am trying to take the signal from a wireless camera and read it into a computer for image processing. The camera is mounted on a Crazyflie and will be used for navigation.
The problem is I that I cannot get the video to display on my computer. I suspect that it may have something to do with a resolution mismatch between the camera's output and what the A/D video converter wants to see. The camera's output is 658 x 496 NTSC (see link below).
Has anyone successfully taken an analog signal from a wireless camera and used it for image processing? If so, did you need to exactly match the resolution between the camera and the video converter in order to get video on your computer?
Here is the hardware I am working with:
Camera

Transmitter

Receiver

A/D Converter

Thanks!
