Debugging with ST-LINK

Hello,

I have some STM32xx Discovery boards and they have embedded ST-Link-V2.
I dont know what Open OCD is, and i dont have any other JTAG emulator.
I have KEIL and ECLIPSE (i imported as "exising makefile project", but cant build the project on ECLIPSE).

Please tell me how to use ST-LINK-V2 to debug CF.
At least, i want to be able to flash cf-bootloader or cf-firmware.
Please give a me step by step description.
