Yo!
Ive been looking into some plug system for the FPV related stuff too.
Ive ordered a bunch of 1.27mm headers/connectors etc a few days back, should be here soon.. Still not sure which way I want to solder it.
I only need access to 3 of the holes, so I got

These are 4.3mm high, supposedly other ones exist that are 3.4mm high - but I couldnt find a shop that sells them in small quantities.
Ive re/un-soldered the expansion holes so often...and its getting messier and messier. I hope this is the solution
