Sorry I do not have time for that. Though I will do my best to point you in the right direction and help you if you hits problems.
One important thing is to understand how the nRF24L01 radio works, you can find its datasheet on the internet. In Crazyflie currently we keep it in PRX mode all the time, you will need to switch it in PTX to send packets.
