USB and other issues...

Hi

Having bunch of issues with my new Crazyflie 2.0.

Firmware.

I cannot update firmware via IPHONE, it starts but then disconnects.
I was going to try to update via USB update process, but ZADIG does not find the device (plugged in and in UEFI mode)

Lights

When plugged into USB I get. Red flashing light on front right, solid blue on back right, flashing blue on front left.

Flying.

Flys very erratically and app disconnects after a few seconds.


I'm pretty sure it's installed correctly, and I'm a IT Professional so from the computing side believe I've done everything, tried multiple computers also. Both WINDOWS 10 though so maybe that's a problem?

Hi Paul,

When you connect via USB, what does the console in GUI app contain? Can you post the output of the console in the cfclient app? Are you using the GUI app? How fast is the red LED flashing? Is there a pattern to it (like five fast flashes)?

When you try to update your firmware on the iPhone, is the iPhone auto-locking during the firmware update? If so, set it to not auto-lock while you upgrade or tap the screen every few minutes to keep the phone from locking.

I'm by no means a Windows expert - there are other folks on the forum that know more but I might be able to help you figure something out.
