Cannot connect to crazyflie : too many packets lost

I am trying to use the VM to fly the crazyflie, but I cannot connect to it. I have tried changing the radio channel and bandwith, but it still does not connect.

Can you help me?

Could you please provide some more information, like if it is a Crazyflie 1 or 2? Do you have a Crazyradio or Crazyradio PA? On the Crazyradio does the red LED blink when you try to connect? If you have a Crazyflie 2 have you tried connected with a mobile device and the app?

I have the crazyflie 1, and the crazyradio, or at least the one that came with the crazyflie 1. Yes, the radio does blink when I try to connect. It says connecting to the crazyflie for about 3-4 minutes then gives me the same error.

Are you running the latest official software/firmware?

Try having the Crazyflie close to the Crazyradio antenna to spot an eventual bad radio communication. However as you seem to be able to connect to the bootloader my bet is a firmware/software incompatibility.
