Initial Power On self test failure ?

This is at the first use and running self test as part of the build.
On the initial power the m2/m3 leds turn on solid blue and m4 flashes green for part of a second.
m1 flashes red constantly at about once per second.
Is this a failure ?

If the M4 LED blinks GREEN five times fast, then the test has passed.

If the self-test fails, then the M1 LED blink 5 times fast RED, then pauses and does it again.
