Want to get ramp.py example run

Hi!
I received my cf some time ago but since I want to control it with an eyetracker I began only now when the tracker arrived to play arround with it.

My question is regarding the ramp.py example. I got the vm running and I can start the cfclient with pycharm. But actually the ramp example would be perfect for me since it is not too complex (I have only little programming experience) and it does everything that I need for the start.

The problem is that it never goes beyond "Connecting to radio://.........

This means that it finds cf but can't connect to it, right?

I tried to fix it buy flashing the radio firmware (now 0052) as suggested in some posts but it didn't work.
I don't know how to debug this, can anyone help?

Hi,

Did you try to update the Crazyflie to latest firmware as well? if it just lock at "Connecting to radio://0/... it may be the firmware that is not up to date.
